The venue has a great and grand old appearance. The location is excellent, very close to shops, bars, the casino, and the Aguadelmar restaurant. The room was generously sized with a sea view.

Hotel's really close to main attractions like mercator. We really enjoyed service and rooms, can’t complain about anything. An easy walk to Restaurant Lobster, where you can have lunch. Public parking nearby was provided...

This place is a great choice for a stay, with a nice breakfast selection including boiled eggs, cold cuts, and cheeses, along with excellent service and accommodating staff.

Nothing it is perfect.

Its rooms are neat and bright for a quite comfortable stay during shopping trip. The breakfast is varied and satisfactory, I appreciated breads and scrambled eggs. Stuff is very pleasant and amazingly nice and you can park your car by the hotel.

Conveniently located in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the beach. the room had a stunning sea view, making the stay truly magical. the staff did a fantastic job of promptly cleaning the tables after breakfast, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. we were extremely satisfied with our fourth stay at this hotel.

The room was nice, clean & quiet.

I did not like the fact my room was an emergency exit for everyone on my floor. I wouldn't have minded so much had there not been a copy of my room key hanging up in a 'break glass for emergency use" box right next to my room door, this for obvious reasons.

We stayed in a hotel near the beach and had a good location close to restaurants and shopping. the staff were friendly and breakfast was provided. the room was clean, but quite small with out of date furnishings and fittings. the bed was comfortable and soundproof windows allowed us to sleep soundly. There was free WiFi and a bar available.

Contacted the hotel to ask to cancel booking as guests need to be further along there route. Hotel was rude and refused to cancel even though booking has onloy been confirmed a few hours earlier. Will definately not use this hotel again Best Western also would not helpw even though I intended to book another best western in Gent
